Wokcano - Santa Monica

Lack of service, eating was really terrible. we've been here before, but that was by far the worst experience I had at wokcano. it started with the drinks, the first 3 things we ordered that they did not make any accusations for. someone doesn't do an inventory right or something? the service wasn't good, they never came back to ask us if we wanted another round, and we were there until then, we didn't even want to order. almost all the food we ordered was not good and we had a gluten-free friend who could hardly order anything, since almost all sauces and soy sauces had gluten. the birthday child had a terrible laugh on her sushi and it ruined her whole appetit. tastefully fishy and slimy, she wasn't happy about it and made very disappointed. our server didn't even ask how everything was. to list our problems, our mistsuppen came cold out, we asked for new suppening and we received almost half the amount after they had relieved them and the suppe was evaporated (they took to get back 10 minutes btw. they could have just brought us new fresh suppe.) the salate were wet. who wants to eat wet salad? the quality of our fish was terrible (as mentioned above) the orange huh was cooked over and difficult to eat, it didn't even taste fresh, the outside was rock-hard. when we got our bill, we didn't even have the energy to complain. we just wanted to get out, more terrible place to choose for our friends birthday dinner, couldn't be more disappointed.

My first experience with my friend only ask for our. we both order the sushi and rice with ingwer seasoned. we both loved it and accepted. as it turned out, his mother loved it too. I would give them 3 out of five stars total four stars from the customer service, atmospheric and location. I'm not a fan of drinking money, but if it's due, I'll make you lol.

Dreadful lighting, spotlight was in my eye. Eat came late and appetizers came with the meal. Eat was moderate.

So we have reserved 6:30 a.m. on a Saturday in the night and it was pretty cozy. maybe three tables and a tonne staff. the woman at the front was super sweet and offered us happy hour or regular table. before we could answer someone, came and whispered us and sat us. He was so fast that my mom couldn't catch up when he pushed the stairs and threw the menus on the table. we received water immediately and sat. and sat. and saw at least 15 employees around, but no one came to us. I had to get up after 15 minutes to ask if we could order. the nice server said sad and said it was a false communication and took our order. we ordered a cocktail and eat and it came in a contemporary fashion. strangely, the sushi fish was on the warm side, but others than eating was cut. No one ever asked me if I needed a 2nd cocktail and my water remained empty for a past. then we asked for the check and it took like 15 minutes to take the leak! I know they try hip and trendy and the ambiente is beautiful, but eating was nothing special and the service was disappointing.

The food was terrible. Sushi was not fresh. Very disappointing.
