The sake selection mostly consists of Kuniyoshi Sake Brewery from Mombetsu Town, with different varieties in taste and aroma, including both sweet and dry options, which was surprising. The seafood broth is aged for 40 days on a fishing boat before being bottled. It's said that the dry sake is rarely available, but it was truly dry and suited my wife, who prefers dry sake. The Kuniyoshi junmai Hokkaido limited edition, despite being dry, has a great aroma and a smooth taste, which my wife and I found truly delicious.
The food is delicious. When I went back after a long time, I found that it had become non-smoking and even on Friday, it felt quieter than before. I was able to relax and enjoy my meal.
The seafood was fresh and all the rice dishes were delicious. It was nice that everything except the herring sushi was served quickly. I would be happy if there were a few more options for soft drinks. The availability of Wi-Fi is also a big plus.
