I had my Subway order delivered through DoorDash since they don't have their own drivers. I ordered a footlong cookie, but instead, I received a churro. When I called Subway, they told me they couldn't help and that I had to contact my Dasher, but there was no way to reach them since they didn't provide a phone number. It shouldn't be my responsibility to resolve this issue, especially since it was Subway's mistake in the first place. Overall, I would rate the food a 1 out of 5.

For the past couple of years, my (no longer secret side-hustle has been working in the food delivery industry (as well as using vague, overly formal descriptors. I’ve gotten very familiar with many of the local restaurants from the perspective of a delivery driver. The Saukville Subway is always extremely quick, and I have never experienced any problems with the accuracy of their orders. Keep up the great work, oh Subway of Saukville! Food: 5

Placed an online order. Paid online. Went to pick up order and was told they never got my order. Asked for the manager. Manager told me to just place and pay for another order. What? I showed her my receipt on my phone that had their location and that it was paid for. She again told me to place and pay for another order and maybe that one will go through. This place is a ripoff. They steal your money and don’t give you what you pay for. That’s theft. I will be calling the next person up the chain. I will be going out of my way to let every single person I know that Saukville Subway are a bunch of thief’s. STAY AWAY!!
