Jersey Mike's Subs - Schenectady

Absolutely the worst Jersey Mike’s location! I would give it zero stars if I could. The customer service is nonexistent! If you claim to open at 10, then be ready to serve your customers at that time. The open sign was on, but the inside was dark. Is there a manager or someone more competent who can take charge of this store?

We ordered four sandwiches, all of which were supposed to have bacon, but were informed that they were out of bacon because it was too busy for the staff to put any on the grill. We only found this out from the person preparing vegetables after we had already placed our order. If we had known, we would have gone to Subway, where they at least inform you before they start making your sandwich. To make matters worse, the gentleman behind us ordered three sandwiches with bacon, yet the manager, Atilla, also failed to let him know that they were too busy to cook any bacon.

I ordered online and paid $3.00 to add pepperoni to my sub. However, when I opened the sub at home, I discovered that no pepperoni was included.

As someone who grew up in New Jersey and the Philadelphia area, I can say that these come pretty close to the real deal.

The sub I had was absolutely delicious and clearly prepared with great attention to detail. Fantastic job!
