Nishino - Seattle

Nishino always impresses! I have never had a subpar meal there, and it is one of my go-to spots to take out-of-town guests in Seattle.

The restaurant failed to address food allergy concerns, serving a dish containing allergens despite being asked to confirm with the kitchen. There was no apology from the chef. I will not be returning to dine there.

We used to love Nishino as our go-to sushi spot in Seattle, but we were majorly let down this time. The tasting menu we had was extremely disappointing, with uninspired and unimaginative dishes.

Nishino omakase is a not to miss. This place consistently turns out food with amazing flavors. The depth of complex flavors in each item they serve is beyond description. Unfortunately I am unable to afford to eat here regularly but consider it one of my all time favorites so I schedule a special occasion here. Congrats to Nishino for its 20+ years of wowing Seattle with authentic cullinary works of art.
