Umi Sake House - Seattle

The street fighter is always a KO with all those jalapenos and I will continue to order, however I cannot say the same for the Seattle crunchy roll, which we found to be less crunchy and more mushy. Definitely recommend the street fighter

Sushi was incredibly fresh as always. Definitely a different vibe with less people, but still worthwhile. Great service and accommodating even with a late seating

The food here is incredible, it’s typically pretty busy so expect a smol wait time when ordering. But it’s always worth it! Best vegetarian sushi I’ve ever had also
