My gold standard for a worker runs health food business in West Sonoma County. Beautiful, worthy, delicious with full personal care, natural care and freshly made deli options. Cooled house also made soup salads, and then you are at Barlow with so many options ... Good news is that the bulk bins are back, the garden café is open, and there is a nice selection of veggie abd herbs starting for creating an instant summer garden.

I am always impressed by their freshly made delicacies. The food is delicious and perfect for enjoying outside, in the car, or on a picnic. They offer a variety of vegan options and alternatives. I'm a big fan of the bulk section, and I especially love their semi-open shelves in the back where I can always discover something new! The customer service is great as well. I truly enjoy every aspect of this place.

I believe I've found my new favorite grocery store! I'm truly impressed by the wide selection and variety available on the shelves. Everything here is of excellent quality! It's definitely worth a visit, and the staff is fantastic as well!

The restaurant offers a wide variety of fresh organic vegetables, fruits, and local products. Inside, you’ll find a cozy coffee bar and a lovely green terrace. There’s convenient parking available right in front of Barlow, located just off Hwy 116 on your way to downtown Sebastopol. The staff here are incredibly friendly and always willing to help.
