My online experience with Publix was fantastic—user-friendly and easy to navigate. I appreciated being able to complete all my paperwork online instead of having to deal with a clipboard at the pharmacy, which I find frustrating. When it comes to appointments, Publix gives you options. You can choose between first-come, first-served or book an appointment online. If you enjoy waiting, go without an appointment! But if you appreciate efficiency, I highly recommend scheduling one. It was quick and straightforward for me to set up three appointments over five weeks. Each time, I was either seen early or right on time, with minimal onsite paperwork—just a quick electronic signature on one occasion. Throughout my visits, I was treated with professionalism and warmth by the staff. It was such a refreshing change to walk out of the store just five minutes after my appointment on all three occasions. This is how service should be! If I could give them ten stars, I absolutely would. They truly deserve it!

What can I say? It's Publix! Naturally, it's fantastic. All the staff members are friendly and helpful. The store is spotless, and their produce is generally excellent. It's likely the only grocery store I trust for buying sushi. I would highly recommend it!

This store is always bustling with activity, but the employees are incredibly kind and courteous. Honestly, if I had to handle the rude customers I often encounter in this area, I think I would lose my patience! The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained. They have consistently gone above and beyond to accommodate any special requests I've had.
