A Pro - Seedorf (UR)

I was there with the whole family and we all liked it very much. The food was very good and the service friendly. And of course the atmosphere in this old castle is excellent. It's a shame the boss will move in the middle of this year. I hope there will be a successor that goes on to such a high level.

We had a hard time in A Pro with sometimes strange opening hours and usually many reservations. At least if you are a bit more spontaneous and do not reserve months in advance. But definitely worth the challenge. Very warm welcome. Friendly,...enabled service not as elegant and elegant as above in Andermatt, but really warm and beautiful. We enjoyed the seasonal menu. Good selection of dishes and we decided to start with 3 of the five possible. To make it short, we enjoyed all the dishes. Very well prepared and delicious. My only drawback was the first course in which the tuna was not cut ideally and had some bad pieces in it. The recovery was really cool and the soup even a new experience. Total traditional cuisine at a high level. You have some interesting rooms. Unfortunately we missed coming to the lobby, but the hall was good and at least we had a window with beautiful views. Well, not cheap, but worth the franc and a nice place with very nice people.

We are happy to go back and try to change them menu. The food is always good, well presented and delicious. Service is attentive, atmosphere is particularly beautiful in the oven oven. The only minus point of this time was the...cheese plate, would be a better mix of local hard and soft cheese, and I have the end of the pear bread... (all bread, no pears)

Very cozy ambience, excellent cuisine with special accent on game. We can only recommend this place.

The food is always good at A pro. We go around twice a year and are impressed at the quality of the food for the price one pays. As it was in the middle of hunting season we ate the 5 course Game menu. Ask...to sit in one of the back rooms not out front in the long hallway, for they are small and more quiet.
