Taco Bell - Seneca

I found a bug in my taco, so I expressed my concerns to the staff inside. However, the man I spoke to was quite rude and even showed the situation to his coworkers, who laughed about it. Not a single person offered an apology, and the employee had a terrible attitude towards me.

The food was served hot and didn't feel greasy at all. They also offered a variety of new dishes to choose from.

It's Taco Bell, and we all know what to expect. Surprisingly, this location delivers exactly that. The food is fast, fresh, and served hot. The service is quick and courteous. It's everything Taco Bell should be and what it used to be. I’ll definitely be returning.

This particular Taco Bell needs the Owner to make some visits or surprise the employees. They consistently serve poor quality food and seem to be goofing around inside. The place is so dirty. Also, the worst of it is the food they are putting out isSUBPAR, stale, just plain old and not made with any love at all. Why should I spend my money there when there are so many otherchoices. This is not the first nor second nor third time this happened. So, three strikes you are OUT!

I got the Mexican pizza. 1/10. The people working there were incredibly nice and patient. The food was also fast and piping hot so that was nice. I will say the chicken ranch burrito was super yummy.
