Mendocino Farms - Sherman Oaks

This is actually a 5 star location for food, service, location, parking, etc. I cannot accept how absolutely insufferable, dysfunctional, and downright unusable the Mendocino Farms website (and online ordering system) is. Customizations are sometimesliterally broken (as in you can't pick a sandwich unless you switch out the bread it is supposed to come with) or otherwiselimited in strange ways, which feels synonymous with the 1999-feel of the website. There is zero advantage to making an accountas there is no rewards program. For pickup OR dining in, expect a wait. Place seems to almost always be in a rush, but thequality of the food speaks for that. Again, the staff here are also absolutely amazing. But FIX YOUR WEBSITE PLEASE

First time going to this location since I'm normally in DTLA, love the decor and the salads are amazing in all locations

The friendliest service and most fulfilling food. It’s so tasty I can’t believe it’s actually healthy! The ingredients that they use are top notch. I can’t wait to try everything on the menu. I found something new to put into my weekly rotation: !

This place is the bomb diggity! Yeah I said it. The prices are a little higher than some would probably like, but I think it’s worth it. My favorite go to’s or the Banh Mi sandwiches (both the pork and the vegan ones depends how i’m feeling) and thenot so fried chicken sandwich. Pick up is really easy and convenient as well. The people here are really nice. If you’reunfamiliar with the area and parking is a thing for you there’s a little garage lot in the back to park in.
