El Paraiso Mexican Grill Snohomish

I had the macho burrito with chile Colorado and a chicken quesadila appetizer. Both excellent. The guacamole was very good also. Food was ready to be picked up exactly when they said it would be over the phone.

El Paraiso is by far the popular Mexican restaurant of our family. Although we love Ixtapa in Lake Stevens and Playa Bonita in Arlington. We recommend all three of these restaurants. El Paraiso always has games in the bar, great music and great atmosphere. The restaurant as a whole is one that we feel surpassed and is characterized by service, kindness, food and welcoming surroundings. I absolutely recommend eating in El Paraiso in Snobomish, about the other few Mexican restaurants in the area.

Food can be really good, but my last two orders ordered by Tacos asada had more onions than steak. I waited to leave a review until tonight when it happened a second time. Can't you correct that? I order large salses to pick up from this place often by the Grubhub. For the second time they gave me a small size and I did not notice until I was home, so I had accepted it. After that it happened three more times, but I caught the mistake while I picked up my food in the restaurant and corrected the order. I never had a great customer service here, but I'm coming back because I love the food when they don't stingy.

I have to say, the customer service is something the ownership and management need to start paying attention too. I have been coming here for years and have been a strong supporter. I don?t feel that way anymore. Food is good and so are the drinks but the servers act like they don?t care if you get service or not. Listen up servers, we come in to eat, drink and socialize, if you don?t serve us, the establishment doesn?t make money and your job becomes in jeopardy. You chose to work here, act like you want the job. If not leave and let somebody who will take care of customers have the job. Don?t give us the attitude that we not worth your time. Food 5 stars. Customer service 1 star. Owners pay attention to us!

Super busy in the early evening, but the staff was on point! Not less than three servers checked on my table, although there were two very large parties. Food is always very tasty here. Drinks are perfect. I had the special: carne asada w/ your choice of taco, enchilada or tamale
