We decided to stop by Jollibee Solano around 3:56 AM on Christmas Eve on our way home from a trip. The service time was awful, taking over an hour for our food to arrive, which was at 5:04 AM. Our macaroni soup was incredibly soggy and unappetizing. It felt like our concerns were not being taken seriously, especially since customers who arrived after us were served within just a few minutes. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I hope they can enhance their customer service in the future.
