Bob Evans - South Charleston

Don't know which one this was. We were at two of them. One in Cross Lanes WV and the other one in St Albans WV. Both were outstanding. The pecan chicken salad with fruit was absolutely delicious ?. And the grilled chicken was good too! My husband also had the turkey and stuffing dinner. He said it was really good...

A clean restaurant, good food, and a friendly staff make this a nice place to eat. As a lover of breakfast meats, The Whole Hog is the way to go for me. 2 eggs, 2 sausage patties, 2 sausage links, 2 slices of bacon, a sizeable slice of ham, home fries, a pancake, and a slice of French toast.

We stopped at this Bob Evans during our trip, and it was fantastic! The food was excellent and prepared just as we ordered it. Plus, the service from our server was outstanding.

The waitress was very friendly and attentive; she remembered everyone's orders and returned to check if we needed anything else.

I stopped by for a quick bite and ordered a bowl of beef soup (Kaper as fast food). My waiter was exceptional! He remembered everything without needing prompts. I like lemon in my water, and he even brought extra napkins without me asking. He also remembered to provide butter for the roll. I ordered a potato soup to go, and he thoughtfully put the bacon in a separate container and included napkins and utensils in the bag. It's refreshing to see that some people take pride in delivering excellent service. I just wish I could remember his name. It was March 22 at 2:30 PM, and he was tall with brown hair and glasses. He was such a pleasure to interact with!
