Awful food. Ordered crispy duck which was covered in a thick layer of soggy, greasy, rubbery fat. It was grey and chewy like a pork chop.had black bits all around the bone. it was disgusting My dog wouldn’t even eat it. The sauce was like water. The veg wasn’t fresh. The soup came in the smallest pot (I thought it was my sauce at first) and It had barely any liquid in it. Couldn’t get a refund. Was offered another meal but wouldn’t eat anything from there again. I will never debase or criticise the quality of this establishments food but the professionalism of the lady dealing with complaints is appalling. My complaint was quite simple in that my delivery order was not correct but was met with such almost menopausal abuse that I feel ashamed to have crossed money and trust with such a narcist individual.

The egg fried rice had a dark brown color and lacked any visible traces of egg, likely due to the heavy use of soy sauce. The sauce accompanying the prawn dish had solidified into a jelly-like consistency by the next day. It's worth noting that they do not use monosodium glutamate in their dishes.

There is only one gluten-free main option available, which is Cantonese sweet and sour chicken with plain boiled rice. It is quite disappointing in this modern day and age.
