Wendy's - South Pasadena

Sorry your advertisement for hot and crispy fries is not correct. I am 80 yrs old and live 3 blocks from your place. Last 2times fries was not crispy or hot the chicken nuggets were just so so. Can't understand unable to enter have use drive thru.

(New Manager needed) I live near by and eat here a lot and it has pregesivly gotten worse so bad I dont want to go anymore. Cold fries dried out cold burger meat and dry cold buns!!! Anf this time I ordered a double and got a single??? Paid todouble!!! Miss managed store!! Wendy's is supposed to be juicy right??? What happen??

We placed our order and were the third in line, but when we moved up to collect it, our food was missing. While I recognized that it was a busy time, I was disappointed not to receive fresh fries. None of the staff apologized for the wait, and one employee even made us wait while she finished a phone conversation before handing us our food.

I would rate Wendy's at 3 stars if they could consistently get our order right without us needing to verify everything. The food is generally good, but it’s annoying when it’s not what we asked for. They should think about improving their drive-thru intercom system or hiring staff who speak fluent English.

I ordered a cheeseburger with mustard, specifically requesting no mayo and no ketchup. I repeated my order several times for clarity, yet I received a cheeseburger covered in ketchup. It was a disappointing hamburger. The fries were neither hot nor crispy.
