This is one incredible place and a must stop when visiting the beautiful town of Spello. Opt for the wine tasting and you will not regret it! The food they prepare to accompany their first-class wines is absolutely delicious- especially the truffle pasta. We went back three times during our stay and fell in love with Luca and his lovely family members who have worked this business for 8 generations. We even took a cooking course here with a Michelin star chef. What an incredible experience. The highlight of our entire trip to Italy!

Without doubt the best restaurant wine cellar in Spello! Repeated visits were had as competitors fell short of their high standards. Extra bonus English is understood indeed translated on the menu.

A very busy place on a sunny sunday in Spello. The spot is very popular and we had fine and prompt service. Food quality also OK but not extraordinary. Prices fine. They have a lot of wine also.

During our spelling visit we wanted to stop to have lunch at the propertium enoteca . Fast and professional service. each dish is skillfully described, as well as being of excellent quality and well presented. Excellent wine (personally tasted glass of red montefalco of the excellent wine cellar Caprai). Possibility of wine tasting menu. Good price ratio. More than satisfied.

Marvelous wine shop in that of spelling with an excellent menu of typical local dishes of the highest quality. excellent wine paper, very interesting labels. Nice staff. absolutely recommended!
