Subway At Big B Truck Stop - Sprague

Overpriced and very very bad customer service. The other day I pulled into the nearest truck stop I can find to avoid an accident because of heavy wind I rolled into Big B Truck Stop and saw that there was plenty of parking, not a lot of trucks. so I went ahead and stopped. So I go into the store to buy something to eat and noticed right away the prices were high, and the selection of the usual items were minimal at best. usually a truck stops you buy a packaged cheese stick it's a buck 99 here at this place it was $5. The food was okay. I did buy not a lot of stuff, a bag of chips two drinks and two sandwiches cost me the better part of $30. The cashier behind the counter handed me a bag, would not bag the products himself charged me $30 and made me bag my stuff to me that's the epitome of I don't give a s customer service never again will I spend a diamond as place

Not too bad of a place. lots of parking. not much to look at from the outside but definitely a bit to choose from inside foodwise. prices will be a bit high because yes it a truck stop at every truck stop across the country its high but what else is new. other than that friendly staff and clean restooms.

I always come to this subway instead of going to the closer one in Ritzville because it's cleaner and the staff are way nicer.

Subway is generally a reliable place to grab a meal, but when I noticed the lettuce showing clear signs of browning, I started to question this particular location. Additionally, I had my membership on my phone, but the employee refused to acknowledge it. Despite that, I enjoyed my Italian BMT for lunch, even without the lettuce. Unfortunately, there was no seating available, so I ended up taking it to go.
