Chuan - Spring

We arrived for dinner around 8 PM. The service was excellent, and the food was amazing! I ordered the kung pao chicken, while my husband chose the Mongolian beef. As a fan of spicy food, I found the level of spice to be just right for me. We will definitely be back to try more items from the menu! This restaurant stands out from the typical Americanized Chinese places, offering a greater selection of authentic dishes and unique flavors to explore!

I've been living in the U.S. since 2019, and this is the best Asian restaurant I've ever experienced. So far, it's my number one choice! If I lived nearby, I would probably come here every day! I also love their service—everyone is always so friendly. Thank you!

Who would have guessed that this small restaurant next to H-E-B would be such a hidden gem? I was in search of an authentic Sichuan Chinese restaurant, and this place completely delivered! Their braised fish and tan tan noodles were particularly delicious. The waitress was also very friendly!

The place was dirty, and the food didn't taste fresh. They even put a dried-up lime on my water glass! It's too expensive to be served last week's food!
