Whataburger - Spring

The food was served cold, including the sandwich and hash browns. I sent them back and ordered a chili cheeseburger with fries, but that was cold as well. I requested mustard, and the server made it but placed it 20 feet away from me instead of bringing it to the table. When I asked him why he didn’t deliver it, he glared at me as if he were a gangster. I reminded him that we’re well-equipped here in Texas, as it's an open carry state. After reading several other reviews, it seems that cold food is a common issue at this restaurant. Six reviews in the past month mention the same problem. The district manager needs to spend some time here or consider closing this place down. I will never eat here again.

Typically, the service here is outstanding, but today I had a disappointing experience. Instead of the new raspberry white chocolate shake I ordered, I received a vanilla shake. To my surprise, the staff had the nerve to argue with me about it. They went to the back, returned, and offered to let me speak with the manager, but I overheard them say, "Oh, actually, they messed up." On top of that, I didn’t even receive a receipt for my order.

What a great experience! Alba and Lali were our cashiers and servers. They showed great care for myself and my friends. They made sure that we were served quickly and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed each time the food was delivered.What an awesome staff!

This place has the friendliest staff. I've been to a lot of Whataburgers, but I just enjoyed my time in the drive through so much. Especially being like 1am in the morning. The food was really fresh and good too.

I absolutely love the food here, but the service can be hit or miss! Occasionally, they mix up my order, and it really depends on who's working at the window. Sometimes, it feels like they're putting the blame on me. However, there's one wonderful employee who always tries to make things right. I believe her name is Issy or something similar. Thank you so much for your dedication and for genuinely caring about the customers! There's also a young gentleman who provides excellent service as well.
