Whataburger - Spring

Daniesha is truly the most delightful person I've encountered at 4:45 AM on a Thursday morning. Her warmth makes me want to return, even though it's an odd hour for me to be awake. Thank you for your kindness—it's genuinely appreciated!

I have always loved Whataburger—I even own neon signs, a blanket, sunglasses, shoes, a mousepad, and more. However, I am done visiting this particular location. My last three orders have all been incorrect, and not just slightly wrong; I've had missing sandwiches and received entirely different burgers. To make matters worse, a few weeks ago, I witnessed what seemed like a manager yelling at the staff in a very condescending manner during the evening shift. This is not the Whataburger I’ve come to appreciate. Given that Whataburger is on the pricier side for fast food, I believe it's reasonable to expect quality food and accurate orders.

Excellent service; just keep in mind that the food isn't prepared super quickly—it's good fast food. I've been visiting this location for over 30 years, and the food remains outstanding. The staff here has consistently been exceptional!

This place is unfortunately under poor management. This is the second evening I have visited where I have received cool burgers. Plus, they made a mistake on a simple four ingredient burger. How is this possible? The Whataburger on Rayford is always hot,smart, and fresh. This one does get a free star because their lobby was very clean.

Still think whataburger is one of the best burger places in Houston in general BUT it seems like they are starting to stack up cooked burgers or burger patties late week nights. I'm a night owl but I still would like my food to be somewhat hot and tastynot cool and soggy like it has been most of the summer! I have cut back eating there at night b/c of this... Bummer
