Willie's Grill Icehouse - Spring

Our waiter was excellent and even took some photos for us. We had a lovely time during our visit. We arrived before six when the restaurant was not too busy, but by the time we left, it was starting to fill up. I would rate the food 4 out of 5.

The gentleman that took our order was nice and courteous, my waitress was nice and took my onion rings off our bill, let me tell you that the food was some of the most unseasoned food I have ever had EVER!! I think all of the fried food was done in the same unseasoned flour! No pictures because nothing was really good! My frozen drink was really good! I don't even know what I would order if we ever went back I wouldn't feel comfortable ordering anything other than a drink! Sorry ?

Great family dining. My wife and I frequent the Spring location at least 3 times a month. Good menu and value. Marcus is usually the manager on site when we’re there and he is very attentive to our needs. The appetizers are my favorite.

$3 Margaritas! Can’t beat that and the crawfish was pretty good, Nicole was my server and she did a fantastic job! Very attentive and friendly. Will definitely be coming back!

When we first arrived it started rough. We waited thirty minutes for our waitress to see us. When that didn't happen, we finally went to the front. Luis M came to the rescue. He explained the confusion, apologized, and made it more than right. We left feeling that he's a great representation of that restaurant. We felt cared for, listened to, and validated. Excellent customer service and excellent food at the end of the day good wings as well.
