I do not recommend this place very bad customer service as someone who frequently buys coffee and has been to many this has been the worst. The women in pigtails was rude and refused to serve us after getting upset for no reason that I asked a simple question why I was being charged more for my coffee apparently for half and half milk which she didn’t mention there was a fee when rarely does a coffee shop charge for that unless it’s dairy free. As a paying customer should know upfront what you are getting charged for but this person has no customer service skills and could care less to be kind to the PAYING customers who has the right to ask questions if you are not ok with that then you shouldn’t be working with people. I am in all my right and was willing to pay for what I wanted if I would have known upfront.
Horrible service I do not recommend this place very rude stand-off attitude by poorly dress attendant and they even charge for half and half milk without letting you know there’s a fee! She even refused to serve after just asking a simple question that the client is entitled to ask why the coffee was more then what the menu stated I would not recommend this place to anyone don’t waste your time unless you want to get treated with bad service! As a paying client there should be no reason why you can’t ask what you are getting charged for that is not why you turn a customer away apparently she’s not aware that customer service skills are necessary to run a good business.
