Dunkin' - Spring Hill

So about an hour ago one of the workers told my boyfriend an iced signature cocoa mocha latte is supposed to be just chocolate milk. Hes ordered it a million times and a latte has espresso in it hello what else would make it a latte? I understand mistakeshappen but the employees need to be trained on the items they are making. A latte is espresso and milk. Not just chocolate milklol

This Dunkin always nails it. It?s the best Dunkin in the area hands down.

The staff was friendly the store was quiet and clean. The food and coffee are always great here!

I must be a gluten for punishment cause I keep coming back to this incompetent location. Today AGAIN ? THREE TIMES had to remake my order cause they doesn?t listen to simple instructions. TWICE put cheese on my sandwich when I said ?no cheese?, then theygave me regular sausage instead of turkey sausage. I pay for what I ordered, 20% of the time do so get what ai ordered from THISlocation. I?m officially done, I will go to Spring Hill drive from now on!! 8+ years been going to this incompetent location!!

Normally I like this dunkin but today I ran into a very rude and careless employee. I asked her 4 times for a napkin because my coffee was spilling over she ignored me. She was giving me dirty looks the whole time during the transaction. I?ll pay 2$ moreand go to Starbucks for good customer service.
