The flavor is excellent, but both the jerk chicken sandwich and the brown stew chicken were loaded with small bones, which made eating them quite awkward and, honestly, unpleasant. I’m not referring to large bones, but rather thin bones that can pose a choking hazard.

You must visit! The BEST OXTAILS, I've ever had! And I can cook. LolBest service, best Island food! Get a mango/ passion fruit juice also! Lord, My tummy was so HAPPY! I felt like an island girl!

Good food bad service. They have salads on their menu but it’s never available when you order. Order was wrong I asked for j pork and they gave me j chicken and dude behind the counter was rushing me to pay for my food when I was trying to get exact change for him (mind you I waited in line for 10-15 mins) i won’t be coming back.

I've lived in St. Pete for a little over a year now and just tried Sid's for the first time. I'm honestly upset that I didn't know about it sooner. The only time I come to this app usually is after a negative experience. This (I think) is the first time I've liked the food so much that I immediately leave a positive review . So, I'll definitely be back and recommending it.

The best food I’ve experienced since moving back to St. Pete five years ago! If you’re looking for a place that hasn’t been watered down or gentrified for people who consider onions spicy, you definitely need to check this out. The ambiance is fitting for the price range; we got two hearty meals that could easily satisfy me twice and four drinks for only about $40. Personally, I’d choose this over any trendy spot with fancy decor. Thanks, Sid, for reminding me that there are still vibrant places to discover in this area, especially in the hidden gems!
