Subway - St. Petersburg

The staff at this restaurant is outstanding! They are warm and welcoming, the food is scrumptious, and they consistently greet you with big smiles.

The food is good, but the service hours are not ideal. However, you can definitely tell that the vegetables are fresh.

I would rate this restaurant 2 stars because the owner always appears annoyed when making sandwiches for customers, as if we are interrupting him. The portion sizes are quite small, and if you ask for more, it feels like a bother to him. On the positive side, the environment is always clean, including the sandwich preparation area.

This review is for the Subway located at 4th Street and 93rd Ave. The subs do not match what they advertise. The bread is too small and lacks seasoning on top. The dressing is placed in the center instead of being spread on the bread, resulting in a mushy sandwich. For $10, I expect to receive what is shown on their poster. Is that really too much to ask? I've been going to this Subway for 20 years and I live just around the corner. It's hard to understand how they can't make a proper sub—it’s not rocket science. I gave them one star because they had no problem taking my money for this sub that didn’t live up to expectations.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The customer service was outstanding, and the place was very clean and well-maintained. When I mentioned my food allergies to the gentleman, he immediately changed his gloves, which I really appreciated. Both he and his colleague were incredibly friendly and had a positive attitude. I would give this place a perfect 10 out of 10!
