Mcdonald's - Staunton

Typical MacDonald's. Good menu and standard fare. Quite clean.

This location seems to be under new management as the staff was helpful and courteous, and the facility was clean. We were waited on at the register with speed. Food was delivered hot.Parking: Ample parking around the building.

Drive thru experience was ok. No complaints about that except for no napkins in the bag. A simple thing like that can really annoy a customer. Thankfully I didn't spill any bbq sauce or milkshake in the car.

It was good but put tomatoes on my burger n I didn't want

I placed a mobile order about thirty minutes before I arrived at the store. I waited for fifteen minutes upon arrival to even be acknowledged. I understand that the drive-thru was extremely busy. I can deal with the wait if you politely acknowledge that I'm there and at least offer to check on my order for me. After an additional ten minutes, a manager informed me that the order didn't show up on her end. Although I had an order and proof of payment, it had to be rung in again, and I waited a other 5-6 minutes. Two people in line behind me got disgusted and left. Also, an elderly couple in line behind me were ignored because they chose not to order at one of the kiosks. C'mon! This location needs to get it together! Side note: The fries were soggy, but the McCrispy chicken sandwich was good!
