Kfc - Stockbridge

I ordered three Spicy Famous Bowls, but all they did was drizzle buffalo sauce on top. I found it really disappointing.

I had a very disappointing experience at the restaurant. The staff was rude, and I had to wait a long time only to receive the wrong order. It's frustrating that I even had to double-check something as simple as a food request with an adult.

This is by far the worst KFC location I’ve visited. They always seem to be out of something from my order—how can you run out of chicken just an hour after opening? The customer service is terrible and the wait time is painfully slow. This place needs to either be shut down or overhauled with a completely new team. Seriously, you’re making people reconsider eating chicken!

I waited in line for 10 minutes, only for the staff to tell me they were closed. It was 6:58 PM on November 23, 2022, so I understand that they might be closing early for the holidays. However, it's frustrating to wait only to be told they're not serving customers.

The food at KFC has consistently met my expectations, which I appreciate. The service has generally been acceptable; while it can occasionally be slow—once I even waited 30 minutes—I've never experienced any rudeness from the staff.
