De Fer Coffee Tea - Strip District

This is a coffee shop, but it is also a place to expereicne coffee at it best their pourover is the epitome of coffee enjoymnet. Well well worth a visit. Aim to sit nad enjoy the experince.

Free Wi-Fi is extremely poor, and it is a black box for cellular data. You cannot hotspot from your phone.

Excellent service and product in a cool shop. Barista was very knowledgeable in helping us pick out some wonderful beans. The price even included a free cup of drip coffee.

In town for a Carnegie Mellon graduation, we stopped at De Fer for breakfast. Everyone ordered something different. Everyone' food was very good. The drink offerings were plentiful and we enjoyed each one. We recommend De Fer.

I have enjoyed De Fer in the Strip District and was thrilled when they opened a location downtown in the Market Street Market. They have good coffee by the cup and in bags to brew at home. The De Fer owners are local and great people. The Strip location has live music and trivia nights, plus food. Here you have all the food available in the Deli/Market so it's a good partnership.
