Mcdonald's - Summerside

PLEASE FIX YOUR SPEAKER IF YOU CAN'T HEAR YOUR CUSTOMERS. Additionally, please hire staff who can actually listen when taking orders at the drive-thru. They added items to my order that I NEVER asked for. The employees were laughing inside instead of ensuring that orders were accurate. This McDonald's is not up to standard. It’s unfortunate that it's the only one in Summerside; otherwise, I would go elsewhere. I urge you to upgrade your speaker system and provide proper training for your staff!

I've had a unpleasant experience with the older woman on the night shift during my last few visits. Her customer service has been quite rude while she's on duty. Having worked overnight shifts in Guelph, Ontario, I would never treat customers that way, regardless of whether someone is a manager or not!

Step up your game, McDonald's. After the renovations, I anticipated a better experience, but that wasn't the case. They've taken away the soda machine, and it seems that drink refills are no longer available. Additionally, there are fewer seating options, and every table and chair was dirty, as were the restrooms. For fast food that is meant to be budget-friendly, this will now be my last choice.

The recent renovation has left me feeling disappointed. The new layout feels quite cramped; I visited once since the changes and have decided not to return. They've significantly reduced the dining area, which is a major disappointment. Furthermore, the ordering machines are awkwardly positioned right at the entrance, making it impractical for guests. The designer of this layout really needs to rethink their approach; it lacks proper consideration!

The restaurant is easily accessible for wheelchair users, as entering is a breeze. They feature automatic doors that open with the push of a button, allowing for hassle-free entry and exit.
