Is the remedy to close Collins Ave. to all traffic or issue citations to the people speeding.

It is not expected from government officials to be bright or intelligent. Lying, deceiving, inept, laisy, poorly educated yes. Decision to close SIB beaches is most stupid decision ever made. I can contract corona virus in elevator of our condo or in the grocery store. The beach with fresh air and sun is the safest place to be during corona virus.
