Steak 'n Shake - Tallahassee

Overall, this experience was very disappointing. The service was lacking, and the restaurant itself felt old and unclean. I couldn’t understand why the manager didn’t greet the customers waiting in line or ensure they were taken care of. It seemed unnecessary to have four cooks and two managers in the kitchen instead of having one manager on the floor to attend to guests.

I waited 20 minutes for a burger, and it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. The staff made me feel like I was an insignificant customer.

Not quite up to the usual standards of Steak 'n Shake, but still a nice experience.

Most Steak 'n Shake locations I visit offer decent, hot food, and I appreciate the consistency in their burgers. However, this particular location was a letdown. The burger I had was cold and unappetizing. I don’t have much more to add.

The shake machine is rarely functioning, and when I requested a grilled cheese, I ended up receiving a Frisco melt three times before finally getting the grilled cheese I asked for, even after specifying that I wanted it without meat. Additionally, I noticed a staff member making a milkshake for themselves before preparing the one I purchased.
