Pizza Hut - Taytay

I haven't been to Pizza Hut in a while because of the change in their menu format (all bundles, no ala carte option, and my family likes ordering stuff per person at places like these). I'm glad that they put the ala carte part of their menu back, especially the pastas like aglio olio! Hoping to eat with my family again here soon. #angpagbabalik hahaha! Anyway, my friend and I ordered the Valentine's Promo Meal 2--2 bowls of cream of mushroom, 2 pastas (bolognese, and I changed mine to carbonara), pizza (we converted our 2 individual pizzas into 1 hand-stretched cheese lovers pizza), and 2 glasses of iced tea. The promo is SUPER SULIT. We only had to pay a little over P300 each including service charge! I like their take on the cream of mushroom soup, which uses their signature crust as croutons. Their carbonara is still as creamy and delicious as ever. And the pizza! Oh my, the pizza. It was my first time to get hand-stretched and I'm pretty sure I always will from now on! Absolutely delightful and light--I think I could finish a whole pizza on my own if I were really hungry! I hope this promo stays on, not only for the Valentine's season because it's super sulit! I just hope the iced tea becomes a little less bland, haha!

(Sorry for the low quality photos.) This branch serves the best spaghetti bolognese across pizza hut branches I have tried. Also, I love the little space which offers a little more privacy. I never fail to order their ceasar salad and I actually can finish the big one.

Been here earlier today and had a bad experience. This is the 1st time that i've buy pizza on this branch and am gonna give it the lowest rating ever. I ordered the buy one take one pizza and shrimp pasta and was told that wait time was 17 to 25 minutes. Since today is mother's day the place was too crowded and the staff were so busy. I was okay with the wait time and decided that i'll just go to the restroom and roam around. When i got back 25 minutes after, my order was not completely ready. I was told that they are still preparing the pasta. The crew who assisted me was nice but the others, even the managers they dont even smile nor ask me if there is anything else that they can do for me since I was standing there for quite sometime. Btw there's no seats for take out customers. I waited for the same girl who assisted me since no one from the other staff seems to bother to ask me or update me with my other. Bad customer service for this branch. Never again will i buy pizza in this branch. Great pizza, not so friendly crew, special mention to the managers. Kudos to the girl who assisted me and assisted all the other take out customers, at the same time.
