Regionální muzeum v Teplicích sídlí v budově teplického zámku, který po staletí patřil šlechtickému rodu Clary Aldringenů a byl postaven na zbytcích románského kláštera benediktinek. Vedle stálých expozic – archeologie, keramika a porcelán, lázeňství, gotické a barokní umění, historické hodiny, mincovní kabinet, historické pokoje – si zde můžete prohlédnout také zbytky románské krypty basiliky původního kláštera. Ve svých sbírkách má teplické muzeum téměř na dva milióny předmětů, o něž pečuje 5 oddělení: přírodovědné, archeologické, historické, numismatické a umělecko historické. The Regional Museum in Teplice is housed in a building of the Teplice Chateau, which for centuries belonged to the noble family of Clary Aldringen and was built on the remnants of the Romanesque monastery of Benedictines. In addition to permanent exhibits archeology, ceramics and porcelain, spa, Gothic and Baroque art, historical clocks, coin cabinets, historic rooms you can also see the remnants of the Romanesque crypt of the basilica of the original monastery. The Teplice Museum has almost two million objects in its collections, which are being cared for by five departments: natural sciences, archaeological, historical, numismatic and artistic historical.

I was here with children. We have attended four Ukrainians and two Germans. Tour of castle interiors for children unrecognized, boring. But the biggest problem was the guide that gave the interpretation of the style of three sentences German and one follow-up sentence in Czech. So never more! On the ground floor there was an exhibition of bakery, which was no interpretation, so unlike the castle it was worth it.

Wir waren in der Krupka-Ausstellung, eine sehr liebevoll zusammengestellte Sammlung zur Geschichte des Schlosses, der Gegend und zum Bäderwesen. Wir sind von Seiffen aus nach Teplice gefahren. Die Straße durch die Berge erfordert Winterausrüstung ! , denn im Gegensatz zur deutschen Seite wird in den Bergen nicht geräumt. Wir trafen auf eine sehr flexible Kassiererin , denn wir hatten keine Tschechischen Kronen und durften in Euro bezahlen. Bei der Führung hatten wir einen deutschen Übersetzer, das war sehr hilfreich! Ich weiß abet nicht, ob dass immer so ist oder ob es deutschsprachige Führungen nurzu bestimmten Zeiten gibt. Leider konnten wir nicht in den Park gehen, denn es fing wieder heftig an zu schneien und wir musdten ja wieder über den Berg. Unfortunately we could not go to the park because it started snowing heavily again and we had to cross the mountain again.

Ein kleines Museum. Wir erlebten aber ein sehr freundliche und interessante Führung. Speziell die Porzellansammlung, verbunden mit der Stadtgeschichte und der Bäderkultur war für uns sehr informativ. Vielen Dank an unsere nette Führerin. Malé muzeum. Ale zažili jsme velmi přátelskou a zajímavou prohlídku s průvodcem. Zejména sbírka porcelánu v kombinaci s historií města a lázeňskou kulturou pro nás byla velmi poučná. Děkujeme našemu milému průvodci.
