The ambience is great with a beautiful view of the opera house. The food is very well presented and tastes very good. Very satisfied with our food experience, we will definitely come back
Simply divine. We booked the room and disappointed it disappointed. The views were impeccable and the panoramaking of the panorama were you feeling as if they were in the heart of Sydney's harbor. The selection was appealing and there were many dishes and ingredients that I had not heard - but was pleased to try it. The food was incredible. Thoughtful and presented - nothing too faulty. I arranged the "raw smoked wagyu", "slowly cooked quail", "lamb, and finished, her right famous" snow egg ". Just delicious. The waiters were nothing of friendly and helpful, and I can not wait to come back , Thank you for this really unique experience.
Anniversary dinner and husbands birthday brought us a nice Monday-Queens birthday holiday at night. Grief We had an amazing table over the sucking festival light. Just perfect. Grief We enjoyed 4 courses each. Grief Standing dishes from my 4 was the Confit pigs, pillroom vanilla pudding, milk skin threads and young walnuts, fermented. As meaty soft and so delicious. Loved this dish. Also the snow egg. The expectations of OMG to this was high and it did not disappoint. It was aromatized with strawberry, Litschi and meringue and just so amazing. Grief Husborn stands should be the duck. He enjoyed the duck, Xo Stone Pot Rice, pickled mountain turning. But the winner for him was the 8 structured chocolate cake. OMG This thing was the sky. Seriously, that the chocolate cake and the snow egg were the best things I have eaten in a while. Up there with some of the best desserts I had (huge fine dining table fan). So why only a 4.0? Grief With so stunning views, great wine list and amazing service, why not a 5? Some of the dishes did not go away. The chicken salad number was not nice. Algae overtook the court. Abalone Congee, while generously was alright. Huge bill at the end, but expected and it's worth it. Grief They gave us a free cupcake for our celebration, which was sweet. Grief Have come to the quay for years. I am glad that I can tick it from the list. This was worth the 6-month connection in advance booking. Everyone should experience it at least once.

Had a nice experience with great food and a great service. A little shame was a cruise ship docked, which blocked the normally beautiful view of the circular quay. The snow egg is a must
