Burger King - The Villages

I visited the restaurant on Saturday at 1:30 PM. I usually steer clear of these kinds of places because my orders often end up being incorrect or lacking freshness. However, this time, my sandwich was made exactly as I requested, and it was fantastic. There were only two cars in the drive-thru, but the inside seemed quite busy.

Half of my order was incorrect, and it's always served cold. No exaggeration. I've loved BK for a long time, but now it feels like no one takes their job seriously anymore. The quality has really dropped. I'm genuinely disappointed, to say the least.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The employees at this Burger King were incredibly rude. I tried to ask multiple times for something to be put in my bag, but they were too busy laughing and not taking their job seriously. I ordered the Cinnaminis, and they were hard as a rock and had no icing. I will never return to this place with such incompetent staff. When I called to express my concerns, they offered to let me come back for a replacement, but I told them I wouldn’t be returning. The employee simply said "okay" and I hung up.

The staff I used to see there have changed, and they didn’t have any fried items available. However, what I did receive was really good. I’m actually quite pleased that the previous staff is no longer there.

I recently went to Burger King with some friends, and I have to say, it stands out among fast-food restaurants. If I didn’t really like it, I wouldn’t keep returning. Many people seem to favor McDonald's, but personally, I can't imagine associating with someone in a clown costume representing that brand. It’s just not my style. I just wanted to share my opinion!
