Service is absolutely awful. made me pay for someone else’s order because they didn’t care to get the house right and wouldn’t refund me. the girl on the phone was very rude and hung up on me mid sentence when i brought up there bad service. waited for over an hour to get my food and found out i have to wait longer for them to remake it. absolutely terrible. This restaurant was exceptional in terms of both service and atmosphere. The staff were attentive and friendly, making sure our dining experience was top-notch. The ambience was cozy and inviting, with lovely decor and a relaxing vibe. Overall, a fantastic place to dine and enjoy a meal.

I called about a month ago to order delivery, but was told that my phone number had been blacklisted and I could only order for pick-up. When I asked why, I was informed that an older man had placed a large order and never picked it up. I explained that I live alone and had only gotten this house phone number three months ago, but they still refused to take my order. I assumed they had the wrong number. Recently, I called from a different number and ordered boneless wings and a cheeseburger sub. When I received the food, I was shocked at the quality and how it was sent out. I am no longer concerned about being blacklisted, as I will never order from there again.
