Pizzapapalis - Toledo

Awesome selection of types of pizza and the deep dish was amazing.

I dined at PizzaPapalis this evening, and it was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It's located in Toledo, Ohio.

I recently discovered a hidden gem in Toledo called Chicago Pizza, and it’s just around the corner from my house! Their deep dish sausage pizza is just as amazing as the famous butter crust from Lou Malnati's in Chicago. I would give it 5 stars – absolutely delicious! This place is relatively new and I can’t believe it’s not more known. Having lived in both Columbus and Chicago, I can confidently say this pizza is superb! Wow!

This is the best pizza place we've discovered in Toledo! However, the food does take a while to arrive, and it's not just the deep-dish pizza. On our last visit, our pizza was served before our appetizers!

The only true deep dish Chicago style pizza in the city. The meatball appetizer was really good homemade meatballs covered in cheese and marinara sauce served with lots of garlic toast. The deep dish pizzas take about 45 min to cook. I told myself I would eat 3 slices I was stuffed beyond after 2 slices. Overall a great experience and a great place for pizza. We will be going back.
