The food was inventive drawing on influences from around the world.

The experience delivered on all levels. The servers were knowledgeable and friendly. For a tasting mention, the pace was balanced so the evening was enjoyable without feeling rushed or unattended to. The dishes were exceptional with flavours and texture well balanced. A surprising combination of classic and less common ingredients creating an flavorful and interesting menu.

Creative tasting menu—Canadian with a twist—and unique wine pairings, some from Canadian vintners, also Spanish and Portuguese (not so common in my experience).

Absolutely stunning experience. erika took incredible care of us and the pairings were beautiful. thank you so much for making our solstice celebration so special.
