Moe's Southwest Grill - Town of Vestal

First time trying the food here. Ordered through Uber eats. Please pack the To-Go orders better than what y'all are doing! My food was just shoved in a bag and my bowl of food was sliding out when I took it out the bag. Never will spend money here again. Food is nasty and expensive!

The food was AMAZING!!The restaurant was very clean, employees were very friendly.Our family will be back again soon!!

First I'd like to say, I have no issues with the food quality whatsoever. What I do have an issue with, is paying for a burrito bowl, with double portions of meat, cheese and rice and getting the absolute minimal amount of food they could get away with giving me. I didn't even receive a normal portion of food. Either the containers are 4 times bigger than they need to be, or I'm getting significantly less than what I paid for.

It's been a while since my last visit, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that they’ve remodeled the restaurant. They've rearranged the seating in the middle area, creating more space and a vibe that feels more like a proper restaurant rather than fast food. The food is just as delicious as I remembered, and perhaps even better!

I just swung by to pick up lunch for my grandson, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming! Huge shoutout to the team! Kid-friendliness: Extremely welcoming! Wheelchair accessibility: Everything is on street level. ❤️
