Absolutely abysmal. Rude nasty condescending incompetent employees. What a way to run a business having employees scream at you for making them do their jobs! Can’t wait for my complaint with NYS to go through so that they drug/alcohol test the employees here and that’ll take care of 90% of them … don’t go here without pepper spray or your cellphone ready to call 911 handy since these people are tweaking

Every single car going through the drive through (10 pm) has been pulled over to the parking lot. With a ten minute plus wait. After repeatedly asking at the window for mild and hot sauce both before I gave my card and after I received it back I didn’t receive any. Therefore I had to drag out my newborn baby to get sauce in 20 degree weather because the workers wouldn’t even open the drive they window for me when I came around again.

This location was good about 2 years ago, idk if they’re just always short on staff or their staff just sucks on multiple occasions I’ve been here and have waited 40 min+ for my food, no one’s ever at the register for pick ups(I always order on the app), no workers are ever willing to help it’s sad how bad this location has gotten hopefully they make Improvements for the future.

It was very loud and unorganized. Took 20 minutes for someone to take my order and closer too an hour to get my food.

The interior appears clean. Food comes out at a generally standard rate. Drive thru is abysmal, often wrapping back into traffic and causing back-ups. Tight turn to the window is not friendly to longer vehicles.I personally prefer this location to the Johnson City location in terms of food quality.
