The staff at this restaurant were extremely rude and unprofessional, even going as far as to have an armed security guard who was also disrespectful. I couldn't understand why they were behaving this way and why they felt the need to have a gun in the restaurant. It was clear that they had no concern for customer satisfaction. The food was also terrible, scoring a 1 out of 5. My experience at this restaurant was so bad that I ended up in tears.

I recently visited this restaurant. The food was quite average. The restaurant is conveniently located near the highway and easy to access. The service was quick and the burger tasted good - it wasn't greasy or soggy. The staff greeted me with a smile. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.

I always receive my order accurately, even when making substitutions, which is uncommon at most fast food restaurants. The drive-thru is a bit tight due to its positioning, but not too difficult to maneuver. Conveniently situated right off of the I-10, making interstate access easy. Food quality: 5 out of 5.

Will never be at this place again. they asked for a simple please to allow my mother to use the toilet room under exhausting circumstances, they said they could not because the floors were wet. I had to clean my mother later. speaks volume about which service and which type of people load it. it does not even take a minute to try to do an act of ease, let alone a bathroom cleaned that should be kept clean at any time. while this review does not indicate the experience of a personal or traditional buyer. I leave this here to inform you as if it was a business that they would support. since I personally also consider the treatment of people as a kind service.

Went through drive thru, no one said anything for about 5 minutes, then they apologized for the wait, We placed our order and , Well... We are still sitting in drive thru ?. How long does it take to push food out! I mean come on we have been sitting here for 30 minutes now, so we finally get to the window and they don't even know what we ordered ?. I thought this was FAST FOOD. Very disappointing. I personally will NOT be returning to this location.
