Jucys Hamburgers - Tyler

The Jucys Hamburgers located on the south side of Tyler, Texas is a clean establishment with both indoor and outdoor seating options. During our visit, we opted to sit inside and ordered three meals - two steak sandwiches (one with French fries and one with onion rings) and one club sandwich with fries, along with three drinks. Our food arrived in less than five minutes and was delicious. In addition, we tried the fried pickles with dipping sauce, which we also enjoyed. Overall, we recommend dining at this restaurant.

The restaurant is extremely clean and has a great atmosphere for a burger place. I tried the hamburger and fries, which lacked flavor but were not terrible. My three-star rating is mainly because of the slow service - it took 25-30 minutes for our orders to arrive on the night we visited.

My family and I have dined at Jucys multiple times and we believe they serve the best burgers in East Texas! The burgers are consistently juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. We also enjoy their crispy and delicious hand-cut onion rings, even though they can be a bit greasy due to being deep-fried. The complimentary beans at the side bar have a nice kick to them, so they may not be suitable for those who can't handle spicy foods. While we prefer their classic burgers, they also offer some more unique options such as The Bandito for those who like a little heat. Just a heads up, the restaurant can be quite chilly earlier in the day, so we recommend bringing a light wrap in case you need it.

My son and I returned to this restaurant for another delicious Juicy's hamburger while in the city for a baseball tournament. This location was closer to our hotel than the one we visited on our previous trip. The young lady serving us was attentive and friendly. The hamburger was the best I have had in years, seriously! We also tried the Speck-Cheddar-Fries, which were a generous portion that we couldn't finish but enjoyed trying. I can't wait to find a reason to come back to this place. The staff was also excellent, thanks for a great experience.

Last night, my family went to juicys and this woman came very upset about how her burger was made, it was very obvious that this woman didn't tell the truth at all! She threw out the poor manager and all the others worked in loading very rude! the reason why I couldn't work in this industry is because if someone spoke to me or my colleagues I would be super ugly! the manager was beyonnnddddd precious! even if this woman did not say the truth. everything she did was to get free food! I just wanted to get up here and say I'm so grateful for the employees who are ready to work! and this amazing manager who stayed above the blame! eating was amazing and the personal was amazing!
