Fiesta Mexicana Restaurante

My husband and I had a beautiful experience at Fiesta Mexicana in Louisburg. Our meals were delicious, and the menu was a little different than most mexican restaurants. Staff was great as well. Food came out fast too. Thank you guys for an amazing experience. We will definitely be returning soon.

This was my first trip to Fiesta Mexicana in Louisburg. There was plenty of parking. We got seated right away. As I looked at the menu, it looked familiar. That was when I came to learn that FM is a local chain with 9 locations. That made me happy and sad. I was sad because I thought I was trying a new place. I was happy because I've been to the FM in Garner and it was fantastic. This one was no different. They have a broad menu and very reasonable prices. We started with the Nachos Supremos. Nachos with beef, chicken and beans. Comes topped with sour cream, lettuce, tomato and guacamole. I got the Enchiladas Super Rancheras. Its five enchiladas. One beef, one chicken, one bean, one cheese and one shredded beef enchilada. Its topped with cheese, sour cream and pico and Ranchero sauce. I was so happy. The wife got the seafood chimichanga. It was stuffed with shrimp and crab. It came with rice and beans. I had to sample. The beans are so good. The rice was a little dry but had solid flavor. The chimi itself also had great flavor. You got two. They were plumpers. The chow was just as good as the Garner location. Service was spectacular. The young lady who took care of us was great. She checked in frequently and it was never a disturbance. To top it off, even with drinks the total was very reasonable. Will totally go back.

Happend to end up staying the night in town. I asked a couple of locals where to find some good Mexican food and was unanimously reffered here. I was not prepared to leave here, wanting to take this place back home with me. I can't wait to come back out this way!!!!

The waitstaff were very attentive and the food was amazing! I love the complimentary salsa. I ordered the Hawaiian Fajita! Soo good and pretty!
