Subway - University at Buffalo

The person taking order could not understand English well enough to get the order right then tried to way overcharge. Thankfully someone else came up front and fixed most of it. Also, although we used a Subway coupon that specifically said which subs were not able to be purchased this location only let you use a subway coupon for the worst subs...bologna etc. And, although the huge sign says sluced fresh...meats were not fresh sliced Won't revisit this one!

First time at this subway, I had a coupon that said, Three footlongs $18 The store limits your sandwiches that you can pick from. That was very irritating. The staff had very heavy accents and telling them how I would like my sandwiches was challenging. Not a good experience at all. The Sandwiches were good, the ingredients taste fresh. Without any coupon I would not have bought anything from this restaurant.

Food was really good today, people were nice and quick.

Was dark in side. Needs new paint or something to brighten it up. Food good.

I like this location compared to others in the area.Staff is friendly and patient.The typical subway outlook of the store is super clean and quiet too.Its a bit out of way from where we live yet we end up going to this location.Buffalo chicken is favourite sub so far.ocassionally I do eat veggie ones which sfe equally good.
