Restaurant Hot Shot - Unterlangenegg

The service was very friendly, efficient and flexible, so we didn't have to wait long for dinner after we had ordered, although we were a group of 21 people. the mainly in-house cooking art is very tasty and the portions are very large. so that even the most hungry men were fed among us after the main course. the environment is cozy and pleasant. instead of untypical for the Swiss and therefore very important to mention: they serve until 12:30 o'clock (su, mo, we) and until 1:30 o'clock (on Thursday to Saturday). it is only a 35-minute drive from bern and 15 minutes drim from thun with the car to get there, so if they are hungry late at night and are for some very tasty Swedish home food (fondue, meat, roeschti), then I highly recommend going there.

We ordered the smallest cordon bleu (250 gr) from the card. very tasty and more than sufficient from the amount. the croquettes and pommes fries ordered as a supplement were also very plentiful and tasty. the menu offers a good and diverse selection of well-bourgeois oriented. we could sit on the cozy terrace with nice weather. we will certainly visit the hot shot again.

We were invited to a birthday dinner. the ambiente, the friendly and flash service, as well as the excellent eating has impressed us very much. recently, there is also raspberry sorbet with skyscrap. excellent!absolutely recommended local. still much shot.

How does a store like this get 4.7 stars? Service is very friendly but doesn't respond to customer complaints. I had a Hot Shot Burger 280g for 20.50 Chf. At that price I expect quality. Instead I got a burger with 2 patties made from a meat mixture that probably came from the freezer. The salad was long past its best and should no longer be served. Serving something like that borders on physical harm. But the fries were great. We were also asked nicely if it wasn't good because our plates were still full when we wanted to pay. When we said that we were very disappointed and that what we were served was really very bad. The serving girl didn't know how to react to that. But she noticed that it must happen often. It's a shame that they didn't even try to find a solution with us. They just tried to smile it away. Very unfortunate. We paid the full price 73.90 CHF for 2 dishes and 3 drinks. I wonder how this store gets so many good reviews. It's inexplicable for me. The atmosphere is great and the service is very friendly.
