Tim Horton - Val-David

Like many places nowadays understaffed. Make your coffee at home and bring a thermos.

The young lady who assisted me did not appear very eager to take my order. Although I had a number of items, I waited patiently and politely, making sure to say "please" and "thank you." I don't speak French, but I attempted to express my gratitude in French with a smile. Unfortunately, her demeanor suggested that she was irritated. When I returned to order another item for my son, she handed it to me as if she were angry and said "Have a nice day" in a sarcastic tone. I tried to pay, but she didn't even allow me to do that; she just repeated "Have a nice day" and stared at me, which made for a rather odd experience. I've visited many countries where English isn't spoken and have never encountered such behavior. I always strive to be polite, especially as a visitor. I spent about 40 minutes in the café and noticed that she was kind to some customers while being rude to others. Additionally, one of the soups we ordered was only filled halfway. We considered ordering more coffee to go but ultimately decided against it due to her attitude. On a positive note, another young lady who prepared our food did an excellent job, and the portions were good. Thank you!

This is honestly the worst Tim Horton's I've ever been to. It's filthy, the service is incredibly slow, and the overall experience is just really discouraging.

I've lived in Val David for years, and I've never had an experience quite like today! Samantha served me at the drive-thru and handed me my coffee, but she forgot to give me my box of Timbits. I let her know before she closed the window, and after leaving, she came back five minutes later and asked me, word for word, "What's wrong, what's your problem?" This was very poor customer service!

I’m really disappointed that it closes at 10 PM, especially in the summer... 11 PM would have bothered me less! Anyway, I'm just let down...
