Au bout du Monde - Val-d'Isère

Had solo lunch here (unbooked but luck as most tables were booked) Thursday 10/3/22. very friendly service, great view and delicious food. I had one of the plates that happen to be in an amazing sauce with big homemade pommes and a really delicious. with dingen like strips of different colored carrots as well as leaves, tomatoes, nuts and a really good dressing.

We came here for lunch. skied down from belevard, (a choice of two runs a black and a red). had a drink outside in the sunshine and then went inside as the terrace was really busy. it just kept with salads that seemed freshly prepared and we are really nice. the gallettes looked like the crepes. service was really friendly, nice people. the picture is the look ip the valley.

I've eaten a few times here. always a cordial greeting for the sisters who lead the place. good food good value, especially the plate de jour. very recommended.

Only fabulous. pop out of semi-wildness on their cross-country or ski-mountain skis and have a slap-up feed. great people and excellent food and drinks in a French paradies.

In the past 5 years this has been my favourite restaurant. You could be assured of good service, friendly staff and delicious food. No longer it seems. For the second day in a row service has been very slow and patchy. Staff unfriendly. We booked...a table for 6 people, it took 20 minutes to get a drink and the food finally arrived after we had been there an hour not what skiers want. My friend began to worry about not making the Tignes Val d'isere liason lift.. When the food did arrive there were long gaps serving the whole table indeed one person only got their meal after the rest of us had finished. Orders for drinks were forgotten and we had to remind staff 2 3 times. Food no longer reliably good across the board plat du jour (thai beef) was disgusting, chips soggy, galette dry. Omlettes and burgers were okay. We will not be returning.
