Piza E Vino - Venterstad

The best Italian restaurant in Stellenbosch! They offer excellent pizzas and pastas, all cooked in a wood-fired oven. The service is friendly, and the drink and alcohol prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is lovely as well. Highly recommended!

The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The manager/owner was actively involved, checking in at our table to make sure we were taken care of, especially since our waiter was an impressive trainee. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the pizza here is undoubtedly some of the best in town.

We enjoyed a fantastic lunch at Piza e Vino. We ordered two large 50/50 pizzas and a side Mama salad. The salad, priced at R38, was a generous portion. Piza e Vino was also very accommodating with the Entertainer App. The service was excellent as well.

Piza e Vino ticks every box. Nice clean and modern setting, service that makes you feel special and excellent food that arrives in no time. <br/ <br/ The pizza was absolutely delicious, true Italian style pizza! The dough is crispy and chewy, but light and fluffy, not burnt to a crisp. It’s also super tasty; really, you could almost just eat the dough, it’s that good.<br/ <br/ Their menu is very extensive, but I think the pizzas are the stars of the show. They have a wide variety of topping choices, but we prefer the simpler versions. Less is more when it comes to pizza that’s this good.<br/ <br/ I had half and half Pizza Collada and Regina, and my boyfriend had the Classic Margherita with extra salami. All three were super tasty, cheesy, and fresh from the oven. <br/ <br/ The service was also impeccable. Very friendly staff, even those who didn’t serve us, and the waiter and the manager asked us whether we enjoyed our meal. I can’t remember the last time a manager made me feel so special. Our waiter also cleared our table regularly and was very helpful regarding the Entertainer app.<br/ <br/ I can highly recommend Piza e Vino. Whether it’s for a date night, a family outing or an evening out with friends, they have something for everyone.

Porky the Pig and Calzone did not disappoint!! Great evening! We braced the cold and was warmly welcomed at Piza-e-Vino! Service was quick and pizzas amazing!
