Subway - Vienna

The same person who made my sandwich also handled my payment and mistakenly charged me $3 for bacon that I neither requested nor received. When I pointed this out and brought the receipt back, she struggled with the refund process and eventually just gave me $3 in cash. After I ate half of the sandwich, I noticed that the meatballs tasted off. About 30 minutes later, I had to pull off the interstate to be sick. I plan to contact Subway's corporate office to file a complaint. This location is a disappointing representation of the Subway brand.

It seems they change their hours on a whim without any notice. There was no sign indicating a later opening time, and according to Google, they should have been open at that hour, as well as what was displayed on the door. However, the guy just sitting inside, texting and relaxing, said they weren't open.

The staff at this restaurant were very rude. I waited at the counter for several minutes without any acknowledgment. While I can tolerate some rudeness, their behavior was over the top. The customer service is lacking. Additionally, the sandwich I ordered was poorly made.

The person working there did not say a single word to us, he seemed like he was having a bad day and we didn't feel welcome there.

The most beautifully crafted subway sandwich I’ve ever seen. From the way the turkey slices were folded and stacked to the way the tomato slices were in an overlapping line across the bed of spinach. I wanted to take a photo it was so beautiful but didn’t want to hold up the line. I’ll be back!
